Company Founder- Susan Turnbull FCIPD Inspire HR is Susan's brainchild. From her vast experience over the years she has started her own resourcing company with a personal objective in mind. Susan has 20 years experience in HR including having operated at Main Board level, taking on the role of MD and establishing Inspire HR. Her knowledge spans both the U.K and international markets. She has worked with household names including Paramount Pictures, British Waterways, John Lewis Partnership, Virgin, Blockbuster Entertainment, Viacom and The Carphone Warehouse. Glotel (an early client) asked her in March 2003 to join the business as the MD, UK and she was then in December 2004 promoted to MD, EMEA. The business a global IT Resourcing company. As Managing Director she held responsibility for the overall profitability of the business. Her breadth of experience has played a major part in her ability to be an excellent, focused coach and mentor, as well as a very practical HR professional. Senior Consultant- Susan Castleton CIPD Sue is a valued member of the Inspire HR group and has 20 years of her own experience within various roles in HR. She has worked for many reputable companies including Going Places Leisure Travel (Airtours PLC) as head of HR, Holiday Cottages Group (Thomson Travel Group), Jacques Vert Retail and Marks and Spencer PLC. She has had experience of establishing a HR function from scratch to joining a well established team and making changes that reflect the needs of the business. Very much a generalist who likes the challenge of working with the business she is with to enable it to grow and respond effectively to the current market situation it faces and helps to prepare it for the future. She is knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to the HR profession. She is a friendly and amenable team member who is highly skilled in her work.
